ATTENTION MEMBERS - Member Charge & Gratuity We make every effort to ensure that your visits at Beechwood exceed your expectations. One of the most convenient services we offer is the ability to charge purchases to your account. However, to be able to do this, a member MUST have a credit card or bank account on file. You may select if you'd like to use this card/account for "insurance only" or to automatically run your charges at the end of the month. If a member does NOT have a card on file, he will NOT be allowed to make charges to his account. Please contact Leslie if you'd like to add this convenient service to your account. *If you have been charging to your account but do not have a card on file, you should receive an email or letter in the mail asking for your card information to continue this service. If a ticket is left open and the member fails to close it out, an 18% gratuity WILL BE ADDED, regardless of leaving a cash tip or not. Please, do not leave without closing your ticket, even if you are set-up for member charge. You must sign your receipt and return it to our staff. Thank you for your attention to these matters! |
