One of the most convenient services we offer is the ability to charge purchases to your account. However, to be able to do this, a member MUST have a credit card or bank account on file. You may select if you'd like to use this card/account for "insurance only" or to automatically run your charges at the end of the month. If a member does NOT have a card on file, he will NOT be allowed to make charges to his account. Please contact Leslie if you'd like to add this convenient service to your account. *If you have been charging to your account but do not have a card on file, you should receive an email or letter in the mail asking for your card information to continue this service. If a ticket is left open and the member fails to close it out, an 18% gratuity WILL BE ADDED, regardless of leaving a cash tip or not.
