Announcements and Information for Monday, December 31, 2018 All plans are a GO for the Black Eyed Pea Tournament tomorrow!  As of now, the forecast is warm and very little chance of rain, so make plans to start off the new year at Beechwood.   Breakfast will be served at 9:30, tee-off at 11:00 and conclude with a traditional New Years Meal after play.  $45 for members $60 for guests   Call us ASAP to register! This unusually warm January weather has us itching to play, so we've put together another tournament for Saturday, January 5.    $50 for both members and guests 10:00 shotgun start with a large purse of prize money to be won!  Call the pro-shop today to register. Bible Study will resume Monday, January 7   Member Dinner will resume Tuesday, January 8   Be sure to check the website for the 2019 golf tournament schedule. Announcements and Information for Friday, December 21, 2018 Reminder:   The grill and pro-shop will be open on December 24 until 2:00.  All food orders should be picked up NO LATER THAN 2:00. We will remain closed December 25 and reopen on December 26.   Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas!     In light of the holidays, we will not have member dinner the next two weeks. Member dinner will resume on Tuesday, January 8 Weather permitting, we plan to have a  Black Eyed Pea Tournament on New Years Day.   More information will be announced soon, so keep an eye out! As always, some dates may be changed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Announcements and Information for Monday, December 17, 2018 2019 is just around the corner and we are preparing for another great year ahead. Below, you will find the schedule of fees for 2019, broken down into monthly, quarterly or annual payments. The fees are only a slight increase from years past, in order to maintain the excellent level of course conditions and service you have grown accustom to. Billing frequency will remain the same, unless you request otherwise. Please make any necessary changes prior to January 1. All locker, handicap and trail fees will be charged January 1. Payments are due no later than January 10.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your statement or billing, please don't hesitate to contact Kim Earley in the membership services department.    We look forward to an exciting year ahead and creating wonderful memories with each one of you!
